RiseRoute ("we," "us") operates a free resource hub for commercial driver's license (CDL) drivers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we use it. Plain English first; specifics below.
When you submit our match form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, U.S. state, CDL status or experience level, and your role-type and home-time preferences. We may also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL) and cookies necessary for the site to function.
The information you submit is used to match you with one or more partner carriers whose recruiters then contact you about open driving positions, training programs, or funding opportunities. Recruiters from those carriers — not RiseRoute — handle the hiring process. We may also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve the site.
We share your information only with the partner carriers we match you with, and with the service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email delivery). We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with general advertisers or data brokers.
By submitting the match form, you authorize matched partner carriers to contact you by phone (including auto-dialed or pre-recorded calls), SMS text message, and email at the contact information you provide, for the purpose of recruiting. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP and opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address at the bottom of this page. Some U.S. states give residents additional rights — we honor those rights regardless of where you live.
We retain match-form submissions while your file is active with our partner carriers and for a reasonable period after, so we can respond to questions about your submission. We delete or de-identify records that are no longer needed.
