These terms govern your use of the RiseRoute website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
RiseRoute is a free resource hub that connects CDL drivers (and aspiring CDL drivers) with vetted partner carriers, training programs, and funding information. We are not a staffing agency, an employer, or a school. We make introductions; partner carriers do the hiring and partner schools do the training.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States to submit the match form.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate information when you submit the match form. Submitting false information may cause partner carriers to disqualify you and may waste recruiter time, which we take seriously.
Submitting the form is not an application for employment with RiseRoute and does not guarantee a job, training placement, or funding. Hiring decisions, training admissions, and funding eligibility are made entirely by the partner carriers, schools, and programs we introduce you to.
The information published on RiseRoute about CDL licensing, funding programs, and partner jobs is provided for general informational purposes. Rules and program eligibility change. Always verify with the relevant state agency, school, or carrier before making a financial or career decision.
Don't use the site to submit content that's illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don't scrape the site or attempt to access non-public parts of it. Don't submit other people's information without their permission.
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory) and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or any relationship that results from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived by agreement.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
